Amanda joined MJN after building a career in the Birmingham creative services and PR-agency scene. Prior to joining MJN, she was head of communications & engagement for a premium and luxury automotive retailer group where she implemented an award-winning Diversification & Inclusion strategy as well as delivered the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability Strategies, and spear-headed a digital transformation programme to help colleagues better connect, collaborate and communicate.
Amanda’s passion, skills and expertise for transforming company cultures, building inclusive teams and commercial impact have been recognised through various personal and company accolades.
She has been named in the top 30 most inspiring women in the automotive industry for the last three years running by the Automotive 30% Club as well as named in AutoCar’s Great British Women Rising Stars.
In her dedication and commitment to wanting to help create fairer and more equal communities, Amanda is a mentor through the global movement Women Ahead and 30% Club, a strategic advisor to a number of young person’s disability charities and the Social Mobility Commission, and is a facilitator for Google’s #IamRemarkable movement.
