Triton Telecom makes EPIC Future part of their chosen charities of the year

Staff at Triton Telecom based in Solihull,  have chosen EPIC Future, which helps young people from disadvantaged and care backgrounds to start their own business, to be part of their chosen corporate charities in 2022.

As we emerge from an immensely difficult time in the world, filled with uncertainty and challenging circumstances for many, Triton Telecom felt it was important to give back.  With many deserving charities out there needing help, the company enlisted the help of its customers and colleagues to help it choose out of four shortlisted charities to support for 2022.

This poll went live on LinkedIn and received amazing engagement. Everyone banded together to help support the chosen four local causes, resulting in over 400 votes. Due to the massive engagement and effort from everyone in voting, Triton Telecomm made the decision to support all the charities who were shortlisted relative to their percentage.

Dean Billington, Director of Triton Telecom, had this to say:

“I am delighted to be able to help such a worthwhile charity such as EPIC Future with fundraising in whatever way we can. As one of our four shortlisted charities, I wish them all the best in the future, and I can’t wait to see what they accomplish with the young adults they help every day.”

Triton Telecomm will be supporting EPIC Future throughout 2022 through various events, sponsorships, and partnerships.

About EPIC Future

EPIC Future was founded by Jim and Ayyab Cockburn in 2020 to support the growth of young, aspiring entrepreneurs between the ages of 16-25, with a particular emphasis on those from disadvantaged, displaced or care backgrounds.

It works through a structured, three-month programme, designed to equip young adults with the skills and knowledge to turn their dreams into reality and become their own bosses.

EPIC Future is part of the Martin James Network (MJN), which was established in 2019 by its founders to support the incubation of start-up businesses, all with a common purpose to create a better society for all.
